For the most part, the American public has no idea what happens to workers when they attempt to organize unions.  Workers who want to organize should not have to withstand the intimidation and harassment that they encounter everyday.  Workers deserve to have faith in a system designed to protect their democratic rights - rather than the delay and manipulation that thwarts so many organizing drives.

At American Rights at Work we champion the basic rights of workers to organize and be treated justly and fairly in the workplace.  Through advocacy, education and research we work to engage the public and inform them about legal and illegal employer opposition workers face during their efforts to unionize.
